Medals galore yesterday with the Sailing bringing the gold. Elsewhere, Warholm ran a ludicrous 400m Hurdles and the Womens 800m was a great race too.

The Cycling was possibly a tad disappointing and my bet on the Team Sprint came up just short.

Today we have plenty to go at. Johnson-Thompson gets started, there's plenty of cycling, Skateboarding is a possible medal and there is a bit of Boxing going on too.
